World Mathematics and Pi Day Event
As the Department of Mathematics at İzmir University of Economics, we will celebrate World Mathematics and Pi Day on March 16, 2026, with a special event. The event will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 14:00 in the D Block Multi-Purpose Hall.
Distinguished academics in their respective fields will participate as speakers. The event will be hosted by Prof. Dr. İsmihan Bayramoğlu. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Aydın from Atılım University and Prof. Dr. Oktay Pashaev from İzmir Institute of Technology will join us with their talks.
We would be delighted to welcome all our students, academics, and everyone interested in mathematics to join us on this special day.
